1. NO TICKETS ARE SHIPPED OR HELD FOR PICK UP. Please print your receipt and bring to the show. This serves as your admission.   If your receipt is on your phone, please have

screen ready to show before you enter our venue.

2. Tickets are processed thru Pay Pal. You do not need a Pay Pal account to purchase tickets. We accept all major credit cards.  There is a $3.00 processing fee per ticket.

3. The Lizzie Rose Music Room has a no refund policy. In the event of a cancelation or reschedule The Lizzie Rose Music Room will always honor the purchased ticket for the same artist at the original price. If a show is canceled and not rescheduled you will be issued a credit to be used

towards any future concert.

4. Neither the Lizzie Rose nor Pay Pal email you a confirmation.

We do not accept credit cards at the door

If buying tickets for multiple shows, please duplicate your receipt so you have one for each show.

​

Doors open 1/2 hour before show time.

Your ticket purchase is for general admission only and seating is provided on a first come first seated basis. Patrons who arrive to the venue more than 15 minutes after the scheduled show time are not guaranteed a seat although The Lizzie Rose Music Room will do it's best to accommodate you to the extent practicable.

If you have purchased premium front row reserved seats, you must be seated by the start of the performance at 7:30 PM

The Lizzie Rose Music Room reserves the right to offer front row seating to other patrons if not

ocupied after the start of the perfomance.

 Should handicap seating be required you'll need to contact Janit @ 908-310-2940

   to make arrangements prior to a concert as we have limited handicap seating available

In the event of severe weather, please check our website, and Facebook for show cancellations

In the event of program changes you will be notified via the email address you provide

at time of ticket purchase.
